I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were perfect and comfortable, but there were some issues with water leaking into the room from outside. The service was friendly overall, but the action of taking my credit card to photocopy it felt a bit odd. Upon informing the reception, I was immediately moved to another room. However, the new room had issues like a green swimming pool view, broken toilet seat, and mold in the bathroom ceiling. I had to use wet towels on the 2nd day due to lack of service.
